Eenie Meenie Mynie Moe!

Visited CTY Aquarium at Jalan Burma,Penang yesterday evening with Shen-U. He got me four of these cute little zoom-zooms.

You must be wondering why I call them zoom-zooms. Its so clear that they were static in these shots!

Lets just say that these were the best shots out of 50 pictures... the rest were glimpses of blurry little backsides.

Side note: CTY is not a good place to buy pets, they keep their animals in appalling conditions. I saw sugar gliders all crouched together in a tank and on the floor with no hide outs to well... hide in. They have since lost their chinchilla stone statues and replaced them with hapless prairie dogs. The place also stinks and many of the little mammals have varying degrees of injuries and health problems. The products they bring in are also of the poorest quality for hamsters. At least i saved 4 of those little critters.

Having lived in the cramped and dirty conditions of CTY's little mammalian hell hole, these fella's reeked. Four little fella's no longer than 5cm stank up Shen U's car.

They do smell better now =)

Still need to get some dust bath for them though =/

They are now happily running around and making alot of noise in their new environment.

Definitely more active than yesterday, which I hope is a good sign.

Found her unmoving at a place she never goes...

...one of her paws elevated on a tiny platform.

Its all so unnatural, shes the noisiest critter of all !

I fed her some ham and cheese,

she looked up and ate it with a frenzy, and resumed being a white statue.

"Her time is up." And so I thought.

Placed her at her favourite corner, and piled shredded tissue to keep her warm.

She was gone later in the morning.
